Incredible Southern Kentucky Wedding Photos in Somerset, Kentucky

This beautiful Kentucky wedding started at an adorable little cabin not too far away from the venue in Somerset, Kentucky. The bride and her bridesmaids all chose to get ready together at the family cabin and it was such a great time! After the girls finished getting dolled up, we took some photos at property and then the girls headed over to the Kentucky wedding venue where everyone was getting ready for the ceremony to begin!

The Groom and his men got dressed at the Kentucky wedding venue together and had a great time drinking homemade moonshine in a variety of flavors. The couple had family who has been making moonshine for generations and it was truly some of the best I’ve ever tasted!

When Samantha and her dad walked down the aisle there were so many happy tears. Joey had the biggest smile on his face and it was so sweet to see how truly happy he was to commit his life with the woman he loved! It was an absolutely beautiful ceremony!

After the nuptials, the guests moseyed over to the beautiful reception tent for cocktail hour where they enjoyed wines and signature drink of the night–homemade apple moonshine! (They even gifted little jars of moonshine as their Kentucky wedding favors! Too cute!) While the guests enjoyed drinks, I swept Joey and Samantha away to grab some sunset photos on the hill, and then returned via golf cart to a gorgeous reception!

As guests found their seats for dinner, the sun began to set and the sky got prettier by the minute. During the toasts and speeches, everything was glowing from the sunset and it truly felt like a Kentucky wedding dream! One of the speeches was given by the bride’s best friend and the groom’s brother. So sweet!!

It was so evident that everyone present just loves and adores for this couple so much. The night was truly one for the books, and we wrapped it up by all enjoying a delicious BBQ meal made by the groom and his family, and then dancing the night away!
