Positively Magical White Sparrow Barn Wedding in Dallas, Texas

As a photographer, I have been an avid admirer of Julie Paisley. I obsessed over her work and studied her techniques from afar for years. She’s the person who truly exposed me to film photography. So when she decided to host a stunning pastel White Sparrow Barn wedding editorial in Dallas, Texas I simply HAD to go!

I knew that it would be an incredible opportunity to learn from one of the most talented film photographers in the wedding industry and the trip would be to die for! Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Immediately upon entering the White Sparrow Barn wedding there were pastel floral displays that covered the walls, staircase, and grand reception tables. Haute Florals did their best to transform the venue into a magical pastel paradise!

The White Sparrow Barn is truly a wonderful wedding venue to get married in! Everything about the elegant white barn is a photographer’s paradise and makes the perfect backdrop for wedding portraits. The massive windows throughout the venue allow so much natural light that even on rainy days (like the one photographed below!) it’s picture perfect! The second floor of the venue has an extensive space for the bridal party to get ready and a lovely bridal suite for the ladies to have hair and makeup done.

The brides wore Berta Bridal gowns and I was floored with how intricate the designs were! If you’re on the hunt for a iconic wedding dress that screams elegance, you need to get yourself a Berta gown. Not to mention the show stopping Bella Belle heels that had our jaws dropping. If you’re ever wanting a truly luxury wedding feel–just slip on a pair of those gorgeous designer shoes!

We spent the entire day photographing the over-the-top reception decor by Gold Dust Event Co. and confectionary wonders by Butterfly Cakery. I was also so impressed at the ease in which Brown Fox Creative put together classic and effortless flat lay suites.

AND, because the entire White Sparrow Barn wedding shoot was so incredible, it was featured on Hey Wedding Lady! I absolutely loved seeing all of the beautiful images up on the prestigious wedding blog!
