Sunrise Unaka Mountain Engagement at The Beauty Spot in Unicoi, TN

The Beauty Spot on Unaka Mountain is guaranteed to offer panoramic views and incredible sunsets for engagement photos. It’s one of the first recommendations for my couples who are looking for mountain views without the trek to the top of the mountain.

Located in the heart of the Unaka Mountains, the Beauty Spot always lives up to it’s name and this morning sunrise was no exception! When we first arrived, it was dark with purple clouds looming above, but the promise of a golden sunrise was imminent.

For Anna & Vince’s Unaka Mountain engagement session, I found myself up on top of the Beauty Spot Gap at 6 o’clock in the morning ready to take some incredible photos. It was definitely worth the early wake up call to see these lovebirds and capture timeless images they’ll cherish for generations to come!

Anna and Vince have this undeniable pull to each other that is easily visible to everyone around them. They met sometime early in college and fought their feelings for each other before finally falling head over heels in love. Their laughter is infectious and watching them play guitar together was truly adorable. They are now currently planning their wedding, which is what brought us up to The Beauty Spot for their Unaka Mountain Engagement session.

The most precious part was when Vince surprised Anna with his guitar and serenaded her during their Unaka Mountain Engagement session. The two of them sat upon the blanket together with Vince singing sweetly to his bride to be as we watched the sun rise over the mountains.
