Incredible Cherokee Creek Farm Bridal Portraits in Jonesborough, Tennessee
I’d been so excited for this Cherokee Creek Farm bridal portrait session for months! After capturing Logan & Matthew’s engagement session on top of Roan Mountain last fall, she and I had immediately started brainstorming for her fairytale bridal session.
One of my all time favorite venues in the Tri-Cities is the charming Cherokee Creek Farm in Jonesborough, Tennessee. The historic farmhouse was built in 1830 and has kept all of the iconic features in stunning condition. The large windows provide such wonderful natural lighting, which is every photographers’ dream.
(Not to mention the stunning white washed barn that’s being built with wedding photos specifically in mind!) There are so many beautiful rooms and a grand staircase that truly takes your breath away!
In true Southern fashion, Logan’s sweet mother came along with us to take in the marvelous experience of seeing her daughter slip into her wedding dress and truly envision herself as a bride for the very first time `!
Though bridal portraits may feel a bit extravagant in the moment, they provide an opportunity for the bride-to-be to try on her full look before the Big Day. A bridal session allows you to get to know the photographer and become more comfortable in front of the camera. It’s a final moment to make sure everything is just right.
We had such a wonderful time at these Cherokee Creek Farm Bridal Portraits and I loved giving Logan the supermodel treatment! She had a stunning gown from Lace and Glam Bridal Boutique in Knoxville that was perfect for her.
There was a golden hour “glow” that evening that just could not be replicated anywhere else! I was so honored to be a part of this special occasion and I am so excited to share a few of my favorite moments from our Cherokee Creek Farm Bridal Portrait session!
