Stunning Castle Hill Cider Wedding in Keswick, Virginia
Natalie and Sean started off their Castle Hill Cider wedding day by getting ready in their separate suites in Charlottesville, Virginia. The girls got ready in the gorgeous bridal suite at the venue, where there are beautiful floor to ceiling windows that lead out to the prettiest deck overlooking the orchards. I am truly in love with the bridal space and was in creative heaven as they got all dressed up! The girls had matching robes and sparkling cider which was so fun and made for great pictures too!
I have been looking forward to shooting Natalie & Sean’s Castle Hill Cider wedding ever since I first met them. I love this fun couple! They are truly best friends and such a good match! They are incredible humans, so full of love for each other, and absolutely stunning!
The wedding venue, Castle Hill Cider, is breathtakingly gorgeous! With its iconic white barn and surrounding orchards, it is full of photogenic charm, lush green landscape and even has a pond in that is incredible for sunset photos. It truly feels like an oasis! During the ceremony, it was obvious the couple were so ridiculously happy and never took their eyes off of each other. I also loved how their officiant was truly family and made the entire ceremony personable, hilarious, and thoughtful. It was definitely one of my highlights from the day!
After the ceremony, everyone transitioned to the reception. The food was AMAZING and the decor were gorgeous. Castle Hill Cider has an absolutely fantastic space for elegant receptions and cocktail hour, which is always a plus! During the speeches, the best man made such a powerful speech about his friendship with Sean and definitely reminisced about their childhood together. Natalie’s matron-of-honor followed with such sweet stories about their time together as elementary school teachers and the bond they’d forged through work. Natalie’s dad gave a beautiful speech about how how happy he was to see Natalie marry a man like Sean. So sweet!!! He also joked about how he wasn’t quite sure about Sean at first, but that he’s grown to love him as a son.
The whole day was absolutely magical. Natalie described it as her dream come true. Since she had been planning her Castle Hill Cider wedding for the longest time and during COVID-19, when she said that the day exceeded all of her wildest dreams, I could not have been more happy!!
