Holiday Photos in Bristol, Tennessee

I’d like to formally introduce you to one of my all time favorite families, The Stacys. It’s a funny story really, because I actually knew Andrew many years before I ever met Tara. Back in college I was actually the Resident Assistant at our dormitory and Andrew was located on my floor. Fast forward about four years when I got the privilege of unknowingly meeting his future wife when we worked together at the hospital.

It felt like such a small world when she announced that they were engaged several years ago! Since then we’ve gotten together for holiday photos multiple times, including for their maternity session at The Beauty Spot!

Now they have the CUTEST little boy, Devin. He is truly a wonderful baby and is rivaled only with my wild Warren for the most squishable cheeks. I was absolutely honored when they asked me to take some holiday photos for them in their home in Bristol, Tennessee!

Per norm, Tara had the entire family outfitted in some of the cutest holiday attire–even their labradoodle Remi was decked out in Christmas PJs! Without the hassle of traveling from location to location we had more time to spend capturing special moments of the four of them at their house in Bristol.

I truly love in-home photography sessions because it allows me to capture a glimpse of your life to cherish forever. Lifestyle family sessions are perfect for remembering your house as it was, the toys you had stashed around the living room, and the way the nursery is set up when the babies are little.

For this holiday photo session we also got to photograph a little slice of the holiday spirit as well, because we were just a few days before Christmas and the tree was fully on display! It’s not very often that you have a family as trendy as this one in full plaid PJs in a bedroom that looked like it could have been pulled straight out of a Pottery Barn catalog!
