1. Let’s talk about you! What are a few personal things you’d like to share with potential clients about Hannah Rose Design?
“I love weddings and all things wedding related! I’m obsessed with ribbons both in wedding related applications and in my day to day life. When I am not planning, I love exploring all that the Charlottesville area has to offer. Food is one of my passions so I’m always in the kitchen cooking or dining at one of my favorite restaurants (Tavola is my favorite in Charlottesville!). On weekends I am often with my boyfriend and my dog at a local winery soaking up some sunshine.”
2. What do you love most about your job as a Charlottesville wedding planner?
“Getting to know my clients is one of my favorite parts of the wedding planning process. The connections we build last long after the wedding day. On wedding days watching an empty event space transform into an event is truly something special.”
3. What is your favorite part of the wedding day?
“The first time the groom sees the bride- whether its a first look or when she takes her first steps down the aisle. I also always encourage my clients to bury the bourbon! It’s such a fun southern tradition and makes for the best photos and fun bridal party experience day of.”
4. What’s one “must have” piece of advice you’d give to couples starting the planning process?
“Make sure the wedding feels authentic to you- I always want my couples to feel like the wedding planning process is truly theirs.”
5. What is a dream wedding venue or city you’d love to work in?
“In the Charlottesville area, I’d love to work at Pippin Hill- I got my start in weddings on their sales team and would love to produce a wedding there!
Anywhere in the world- I’d love to do a wedding on an Italian Vineyard. I love wine and Italian wine is my go to always!”
